Nolen Gur Cha Rasmalai is an interesting variation of the classic creamy, luscious, festive Indian dessert -Rasmalai. This is made of soft and spongy cottage cheese balls dipped in Nolen Gur tea flavoured thickened milk and garnished with chopped pistachios and almonds.
