Ingredients
1largeavocado
3eggshardboiled, peeled and diced
1mediumtomoatofinely chopped
1mediumonionfinely chopped
1 tbsplemon juice
1tbspcorianderfinely chopped
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepperfinely crushed
1/2tsppaprika powder
Instructions
In a salad bowl, using a fork mash the avocado well.
Add lemon juice, peeled and diced hard boiled eggs, finely chopped onion ,tomato and chopped coriander.
Finally add salt, paprika powder and black pepper to taste.
Recipe Notes
If you want it spicy, you can add chilli flakes to the dish as well.
