Plain Salt and pepper Cheddar Crisps
60gmcheddar cheese (whole block)
1tspblack pepper powder
salt to taste
Spicy Cheddar Crisps
60gmcheddar cheese (whole block)
1tspdried oregano powder
1tspblack pepper powder
1tspchilli flakes
salt to taste
Instructions
Plain Salt and pepper Cheddar Crisps
Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius or 365 F.
Using a sharp knife, cut the cheddar block into thin squares.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and arrange the cut cheddar slices. Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder on top.
At 180 degrees Celsius or 365 F, bake it for 13-14 minutes till the cheese crisps have become slightly golden brown in colour.
Serve it with cream cheese or store it in air tight containers to have later.
