- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup blueberry greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 mango scooped into balls (optional)
- 1 kiwi scooped into balls (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- nuts (optional)

In a jar, mix over night oats, milk, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and store in refrigerator overnight so that the oats can soak all the liquids up.

Next morning, serve the oats with blueberry yoghurt and choice of your toppings.
