Ingredients
Plain Salt and pepper Cheddar Crisps
  • 60 gm cheddar cheese (whole block)
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
Spicy Cheddar Crisps
  • 60 gm cheddar cheese (whole block)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • salt to taste
Instructions
Plain Salt and pepper Cheddar Crisps
  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius or 365 F.

  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the cheddar block into thin squares.

  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and arrange the cut cheddar slices. Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder on top.

  4. At 180 degrees Celsius or 365 F, bake it for 13-14 minutes till the cheese crisps have become slightly golden brown in colour.

  5. Serve it with cream cheese or store it in air tight containers to have later.
